GPS & Telematics

Vehicles financed in-house (Buy Here Pay Here) carry a GPS/starter-interrupt device. While your account is open we collect location and odometer data to protect the collateral. You can view this data in your account. When the loan is paid in full the device is deactivated.

With your prior express consent, Apex Auto Repair LLC may send you SMS/MMS text messages — for example, replies to your sales or service questions, appointment and home-delivery updates, and account or vehicle notifications (such as mileage-limit alerts) related to a Buy-Here-Pay-Here financing agreement.
